Stayed at a hotel in Pasir Gudang for my business trip. Rates were reasonable and the hotel was part of a condo development. Although I didn't have time to use the facilities, the covered parking bays were convenient.

Nice clean room. Quiet...
Shower pressure is too low, no tooth brush during the stay, carpark very far.

everything clean except carpet.
The carpet is very dirty and stained plus dusty, that kind of feel you may not like to step on it. But overall, still ok.

Review:
This hotel is located in a quiet area away from the busy city. There is a nice cafe nearby and a major mall just a short drive away. the rooms are spacious but could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as some reviews have noted a few dusty areas. the staff are friendly and helpful, making up for any issues. the hotel offers good internet and comfy beds, with a big showerhead in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is inconveniently located, as noted in one review.

I like everythings of this hotel.
The only one thing is the car park, that is not so good arrangement for hotel guess to park the car at level 2 onward. Also no lift going to to call park..

The room was spacious with a cold aircon and a small fridge. The balcony had a peaceful view. Convenient location near Tesco, Giant, and Aeon. Private parking and ample space for luggage.
Nothing for me.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, as it was near Nagai station and a shopping center. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. The room had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The free toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel also had a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, which were both fantastic. we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The bad side off this hotel I like to give some off it: 1. I book for two room one for me and one for my officer . the bad new is my officer room are not been clean when it get the room, when it enter the room the room are very mess and not been clean by the housekepping staff this is are tribble mistake for 5 star hotel like dorset. And futher more my officer have to wait at ourside of the room for 20 minute and call housekepping staf to clean the room. My officer stay at 134 room number. I stay at 339 room number, check in at 2.7.2011 check out at 3.07.2011. when I make the complaints at the front office the did said sorry for the mistake. But please this kind of thing do not it happen again.

We booked the whole villa and had ample space for our belongings. The toilets were fantastic, and we could cook in the kitchen. The hotel staff was kind and friendly, and we found a 100yen shop nearby. Additionally, the spacious room had a private parking space and a peaceful view from the balcony.
Nothing at all.

Room was big and well planned with hot water shower(not working initially and attended, to by the maintenance ppl after complaint). Overall requirement for hotel is sufficient Breakfast was the norm but service was excellent..
1) No bath tub but only shower and only supplied with 2 bath towels and a hand towel dalily and no face towel available.2) On first night, shaving cut my chin and a small sleck of blood got onto the bed sheet. Next morning, we went out for lunch and came back and saw the bed well make up and thought as normal the sheets were changed. The same goes for hte routine the next day of the bed been well made after we return .It was on the 3rd night that, we felt a little itchy while sleeping on the sheets ad thought it was it was some dust mites or ants and remove the blankets and omg, the same specks of blood stain form my 1st day shaving was there. The sheets were not changed for 3 days stay and cleverly turn over to the other side of the bed...Observation saw that the house keeping personnel were only a handful and probably found a short cut to make up the bed instead of removing and putting on a fresh sheet.
